Our Return Policy Timeline
Just like fashion through the decades, we believe in giving you time to make decisions. You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Afros and Hair Accessories – For hygiene reasons, all hairpieces and Afros are final sale
- Opened Accessories – Intimate accessories that have been removed from original packaging
- Custom or Special Order Items – Products specifically ordered for your requirements
- Sale Items – Clearly marked clearance or final sale products
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Exchange Process
