Returns & Exchanges

Return Timeline
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and hygiene for all our customers, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Afros and Hair Accessories – All hairpieces and Afros cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Opened Accessories – Intimate accessories removed from original packaging
- Custom or Special Order Items – Products made specifically for your requirements
- Sale Items – Clearly marked clearance or final sale products

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow:
- 5-7 business days for processing and inspection
- Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method
Refund Method

Exchange Process

International Returns
